Folk music festival held near Minsk

The Museum of Belarusian Architecture and Everyday Live in Strochytsy near Minsk on Saturday hosted the Kamyanitsa folk music festival headlined by the Belarusian prominent bands Troitsa and Palats, BelaPAN reports.

The event, held for the second year in a row, was designed to celebrate various aspects of Belarusian folklore.
Young and old folk acts, including Malanka Arkestar, Akana, Guda and Ban-Zhvirba, performed there. Proceeds from the tickets were transferred to the museum’s account.

Swedish Ambassador Stefan Eriksson (photo 5) was among the viewers.
