Precinct election commissions were formed in full accordance with Electoral Code, official says
The precinct election commissions were formed in full accordance with the Electoral Code, Mikalay Lazavik, secretary of the central election commission, stressed in an interview with BelaPAN on Thursday.
In particular, he noted, representatives of political parties and NGOs account for more than one-third of the total membership and civil servants for less than one-third.
According to Mr. Lazavik, a total of 68,881 people have been included in precinct commissions for the April 25 local elections.
