A delegation of Belarusian businesspeople led by Vasil Ramanaw, chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), left for Hungary on Sunday to look for business partners.
The delegation includes executives with nine industrial enterprises interested in striking deals with Hungarian distributors and two travel agencies, a BCCI representative told BelaPAN.
The executives are expected to take part in a business forum organized by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry and visit Hungary’s Investment and Trade Development Agency to discuss opportunities for an increase in Belarusian exports to that country.
The program of the trip also includes talks on the participation of Belarusian companies in exhibitions in Hungary.
The Belarusian delegation is scheduled to travel to the county of Fejer, one of the most industrially developed regions in Hungary, to meet local businesspeople and visit enterprises located in the county’s industrial park.
The Belarusian business executives will head back for Minsk on November 6.
