Lukashenka thanks election commissions for «high quality» parliamentary campaign
Alyaksandr Lukashenka on Monday received Lidziya Yarmoshyna, chair of the central election commission, government information sources said.
The Belarusian leader asked Ms. Yarmoshyna to thank all members of district and precinct election commissions "for the high quality election campaign conducted in full accordance with national law," according to the report.
Ms. Yarmoshyna "informed" the head of state of the final stages of the election campaign and preparations for the fall session of the Belarusian National Assembly.
She also told Mr. Lukashenka about funds that have been saved during the parliamentary campaign, the report said. //BelaPAN
